Pundits say that brands have personalities. If you were to imagine a brand like MTV to come alive as a person, you’d expect it to talk and behave in a particular manner; and that personality will be driven by your brand experience. Similarly, brands like The Economist, Apple and Google have a distinct personality as shaped by their products, communication and how we imagine them to be.
India has arrived. Compared to many other countries where electronic payment systems are still evolving, we are proud to have been gifted a state-of-the-art IMPS – Immediate Payment Service which allows any Indian with a bank account to transfer money to any other Indian with a bank account at any time of the day using almost any kind of device be it laptop, smart phone, feature phone etc.

As a music lover, I have relied on downloads via iTunes and online radio services like TuneIn and Radium. Rdio’s India’s launch was a welcome move for folks like me.
