Ron Machan, our Managing Director and CEO and other senior leaders of Robosoft visited the NITK campus recently.
Robosoft Technologies has partnered with NITK to fund research & development work aimed at enhancing vehicle intelligence. The solution is designed to enable real-time monitoring of an electric vehicle (EV)’s location and critical battery parameters by integrating Battery Management System (BMS) capabilities with GPS and cloud-based connectivity.
One of the key objectives of this project is to build a practical platform for capacity building in domains such as battery management, GPS-based communication, cloud telemetry and system scalability. Engineers from Robosoft will collaborate with students and faculty from NITK Surathkal for knowledge exchange, innovation and hands-on learning.
This project is a part of Robosoft’s Corporate Social Responsibility activities. In the recent past Robosoft collaborated with NITK to develop a Web 3.0 driven platform connecting students with organizations, Solmelu – a digital platform to help local artisans of Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts and an e-cycle caravan equipped with state-of-the-art amateur radio technology.
