According to a survey of 7000 people by Accenture, 48% of respondents said they would consider giving up car ownership in favor of using autonomous mobility solutions. Customer experience is primarily about establishing an emotional connection with the client. We can dissect customer experience at the brand level and product level. Brand level connection

The human brain is divided into two halves, one part is emotional while the other part is rational. During the whole period, consumers will assign certain values to different parameters involved in purchasing the car.
